Metal Gear Solid: Rising Announced

Hideo Kojima made a surprise appearance on stage to announce Metal Gear Solid: Rising for the Xbox 360. We assume it’s coming to PS3 as well and, other than the game focusing on Raiden, little more is known about this title. Maybe we will see more at the Sony Conference.
