Soccer Futbol superstar Pele took the stage at Ubisoft’s press conference to announce his new game Academy of Champions. It didn’t go as planned however as the trailer for the game was not ready to roll at the specified time. Instead host Joel McHale(of The Soup fame) had to stretch for time with the non-English speaking Pele and his interpreter. We don’t remember exactly what happened(it was bad), but eventually the trailer ran and it is honest to god a cross between Harry Potter and Soccer.
The trailer showed an academy very similar to Hogwart’s castle and the students inside training to play soccer, soccer with powers. Seriously. It looked like they were playing Quidditch. You have to see it to believe it
