Earlier this year Interplay released a boxed set called Fallout Trilogy, that featured the original Fallout games(Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics). Turns out, they weren’t exactly supposed to do that. Gamasutra has the full story which includes all sorts of legal mumbo jumbo, but between this and not finishing the Fallout MMO in the amount of time they were required to, Interplay is in all sorts of hot water.
