Sony doesn’t just make video games. They make all kinds of stuff, they even make movies, and in a bizarre bit of corporate synergy this “fake” billboard for Resistance 3 was spotted on the very public set of Battle: Los Angeles. It doesn’t look very fake though, it’s got the new PS3 branding, a RP ESRB logo, which would be required if the game were in fact real, and is that New York in the logo? Sure looks like it. I’m not sure what they were thinking brandishing this billboard on an open movie set, but there you have it. The movie’s not due until 2011, and….well….maybe Resistance 3 is coming in 2011.
