Of course that MMO is World of Warcraft. So there’s reason to be excited, but some people are getting really bent out of shape. Here is the deal, by clicking here you will be taken to the “pet store” where you can buy one of two cosmetic pets(they don’t fight)for your WoW characters. They are $10 a piece with proceeds from the panda going to charity and proceeds from the Lil Kel’Thuzad(if you don’t play, you don’t know, don’t ask)going to Blizzard. Yes, kids I hate to break it to you but Blizzard enjoys making money off their subscribers. I know, I know, I hope you were sitting for that. Could this be just the tip of the iceberg for stuff like this, well, no this is more like, more of the same. Blizzard already charges for a plethora of in game activities. Changing your class, race, gender, etc. We’re not really sure why this is such a big deal. I mean, it’s cool that they are donating money to charity and we’re happy to pass along the news, but this isn’t shocking info.
