SouthPeak Releases Teaser Trailer For US Release Of Blood Bowl

A long long time ago Games Workshop had a table top game that was football in the Warhammer universe. It was called Blood Bowl, and now some 20 years later Cyanide studios have turned the literal board game into a video game that you play like the board game. Yes, this isn’t Mutant League Football, or Madden with Orks, you literally play the video game like a turn based tabletop game. Personally, I’m excited, cause I love tabletop gaming and I’m interested to see how it plays as a video game, but wow, I can’t imagine this is going to sell very well. Good luck SouthPeak, I hope this does well. The teaser trailer above is also entirely CGI so, no you wont get a feel for how the game plays.

UPDATE: Ok, I looked into it, and first of all the game is available now for the PC through Steam. Next month is just the retail disc release. More importantly though is that while the game can be played just like the table top game, it is also playable in real time. My bad, dudes.
