It was just last month that Ubisoft mentioned a multiplayer Assassin’s Creed and then just left it at that. We were left scratching are heads wondering what it could be. Well, it looks like we might have our answer. These are screens from Assassin’s Creed II Multiplayer for the iPhone. 4 players can attempt to assassinate each other over Wi-Fi using a top down view. The game will feature a leaderboard, notoriety system and achievements that can be auto posted to Facebook. With Discovery just hitting the iPhone last night it’s hard to believe that this game is coming any time soon, but Ubisoft says it is. Who are we to not believe them?
