PSN already has it, but the exclusive to the Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition Hoth DLC is coming to Xbox Live Marketplace on February 23rd. When the Ultimate Sith Edition was announced we were told that the bonus Hoth mission would be exclusive to the new version. I know some people who even bought the Sith Edition on top of already owning the non Sith edition because of that. coughFishcough Now not only is the DLC already on PSN, but next week it will be on XBM.
