Those of you who kept up on coverage of Microsoft’s X 10 event will know that all the Xbox Live Arcade games that come out in March will fall under the “Block Party” banner. Well now we have prices and dates for the games. The Block Party kicks off on March 3rd with the release of Toy Soldiers for 1200 MS points. That’s followed by Scrap Metal for 1200 MS points, then the HD remake of Perfect Dark is released for 800 points and finally the Game Room will be free, but individual games will run between 240 and 400 MS points.
If that wasn’t totally awesome enough, if you buy Toy Soldiers, Scrap Metal, and Perfect Dark and download the Game Room you will receive 400 MS points back to your account. Then the icing on this proverbial cake is that on the weekend of March 26th Xbox Live Silver members will get to do all the fun stuff Gold members get to do. When I say all the things I just mean play games online. Yeah no Netflix, or anything like that, just multiplayer online games. So what do you think?
