As you can see from the cardboard standups at PAX Duke is back! Gearbox Software has announced that they are taking over the reigns of one of the most delayed and canceled games of all time. More details I’m sure will leak out over the course of the weekend, but for now we know it’s coming next year to PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. The game is currently in the polishing phase and Gearbox did continue the work that 3D Realms started before they were closed last year and all hope for Duke Nukem Forever was lost. Randy Pitchford tells the Wall Street Journal that the game is about aliens trying to make nice with us on Earth, and Duke not buying it. Sounds like fun.
