4PC: Q1 Review 2010

Scientific data shows that 873 games were released in the first quarter of 2010. (Note: No actual scientific data was collected in the creation of that number.) It’s a good thing the 4PC crew was there to play all of them. (Note: The 4PC crew probably played around 20 of them.) It’s also a good [...]

Bullshot! 054 – An Australian Christmas

I told you I would come up with a title for this week’s episode. It was inspired by moon cycles, sun spots, thunder-snow storms, and strange quarks. I was gonna call it “A Goddamned Mystery”, but felt this name fit better.

EA Titles Sold Real Good

EA one of the biggest video game publishers in the world had a bunch of games sell really well. Yeah, I know. It’s hard to believe. Across Europe and North America Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has sold five million copies. Mass Effect 2 sold 1.6 million copies, while Army of Two: The 40th day sold [...]

Tuesday’s With Maurie-The Game

We open with an image of a single video game case. No, scrap that. We start with a character standing in a room, hidden in shadow, the godfather of gaming. No. We open with Alex Leach, young, wiry, pacing in his room, talking into a tape recorder gathering his thoughts. Open with Shigeru Miyamoto pushing [...]

Reviewcast: Dante’s Inferno

This game is the most succinct use of the Hell License we have ever seen. I mean, we felt like we were in Hell while we played it. It’s THAT realistic. You may be put off by the badge, but this game does a great job of making you feel like you’re in hell.

Bullshot! 042 – The Prestige

Not since the Wrath of God Episode have we been plagued with the amount of technical issues that besieged us in Episode 42. Going into the editing room was like operating on a multiple gunshot victim, it was a mess in there. But I had to bring it back.

Dante’s Inferno DLC Spoiled

It appears that copies of Dante’s Inferno have started to make their way out into the wild and one player noticed a trailer for Trials of St. Lucia DLC. That’s right a trailer for the first DLC pack is right there on the disc. Which of course means, they left it off on purpose and [...]

Dante’s Inferno Demo Coming To Playstation 3 First

Look, I’m not going to sit here and try to figure out why the Dante’s Inferno demo is coming to Playstation 3 a full two weeks before Xbox 360 on December 10th(Xbox 360 December 24th)but I have a feeling it has something to do with proving to God of War fans that they should maybe [...]
