Currently, L.A. Noire is on sale for $45, but I strongly urge you to listen to our reviewcast before you rush over to Amazon and buy the game. Fight Night Championship will also be on sale today, but like the name implies, this is a whole week of sales. So you should check out the whole schedule, because there will be more games within the next few days, as well as a vidoegame console. Is there anything you hope goes on sale?

Are you looking for something to do in bed while you slip into and out of a Cadbury egg induced diabetic coma? EA Mobile is once again holding a sweet deal weekend, offering a ton of their most popular iOS and Android titles for less than a buck. Some of the more popular titles include:

In the other corner, you have the GameStop pre-order, which will get you a 100^th anniversary Everlast equipment pack. It will give you gloves and shoes for a boxer in Legacy Mode. Which would you prefer to have: some new clothes or a whole freakin’ playable character?

Fight Night Champion will be coming out March 1^st for the XBox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

Making the game a little bloody seems like a no brainer. The “mature content throughout” and “lifestyle and culture” portions are a little more ambiguous though. Looking at quick pieces of the trailer, an actual story mode appears to be present. Perhaps that will be the source of much of the M-rated  material? If so, is this what the franchise needs to give it a boost or could it wind up taking focus off the game’s pure boxing simulation roots? Let us know what you think.

Also of note is that the game is still actually pending an official rating from the ESRB. So the push for a Mature sticker seems to be an intentional move on the part of EA.

FACT: Fight Night Champion and all it’s realistic gory boxing action will be out for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2011.

Sony has added 10 titles to it’s $29.99 Greatest Hits lineup.

Two of those games made my Top 10 for last year, so if you haven’t picked up inFAMOUS or Killzone 2 yet, I’d say 60 bucks for both of those games are a steal and a half.
